Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the car somewhere we can reach it, unlocked or with the keys arranged, and we'll text when we arrive and when we finish. Interior work needs access to the cabin.
What if it rains?
South Florida afternoon storms are part of life. If a storm is on the way we'll offer a free reschedule or switch you to interior-only work. If it rains within 24 hours of an exterior wash, members and first-time customers get a free exterior re-wash.
I live in a condo. Can you still detail my car?
Usually, yes. Before you book, check that your building or HOA allows outside vendors and on-site detailing, and arrange any guest pass, gate code or vendor registration. We use rinseless and waterless methods that work in parking garages and can send our insurance certificate if your building asks for one. If building staff, a gate or community rules keep our detailer from doing the job, a $50 trip fee applies to cover their time.
How long does it take?
About 45 minutes for a Rinse & Roll, an hour and a half for an Inside Scoop and around three hours for The Full Hustle on a sedan. Bigger vehicles and add-ons take a little longer.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule for free more than 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours there's a $25 fee, and inside 2 hours it's 50% of the service price. If we arrive and can't reach the car, the full price applies. If building or gate rules turn us away, a $50 trip fee applies.
What if I'm not happy with the job?
Let us know within 24 hours and send a photo of the problem. If something we cleaned was missed or not up to standard, we'll come back and touch up those areas at no charge. The promise covers the services you booked. It doesn't cover pre-existing damage or wear, new dirt, rain or bird droppings after we leave, or anything outside the service.
How do memberships work?
Splash Pass is month to month with no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel online anytime, pause up to two months a year, and unused washes roll over for 30 days. Every membership starts with a Full Hustle.
Are your detailers insured?
Yes. Every detailer carries their own general liability, auto and garagekeepers insurance, and we check it before they can take a job.
