These terms cover your use of hoseandhustle.com and requests you send to Hose & Hustle. We'll publish fuller terms before we take online bookings and payments.

Requests and bookings

A request you send through the site or through Misty is not a confirmed booking until we confirm a time with you by email. Prices on the site are by vehicle size and may change; the price we confirm with you is the price you pay.

Service policies

• Free cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, a $25 fee applies; inside 2 hours, 50% of the service price; if we can't reach the car, the full price.
• You're responsible for confirming your building, HOA or gated community allows outside vendors and on-site detailing, and for arranging access. If we're turned away by building staff, a gate or community rules, a $50 trip fee applies.
• Free reschedule when storms are forecast. If it rains within 24 hours of an exterior wash, members and first-time customers get a free exterior re-wash.
• Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours with a photo. If something we cleaned was missed or not up to standard, we'll touch up those areas at no charge. This covers the services you booked, not pre-existing damage or wear, new dirt, weather or bird droppings after we leave, or anything outside the service.

Your vehicle

Please remove valuables and let us know about any existing damage, aftermarket finishes or special care needs. We photograph every vehicle before and after service.

Misty, our AI assistant

Misty is an AI assistant. She can make mistakes. Prices and policies on this site, and what we confirm with you by email, take priority over anything Misty says.
