Hose & Hustle provides mobile car detailing in South Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you use hoseandhustle.com, talk with Misty (our AI assistant), or send us a request, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number and ZIP code.
• Details about your request: vehicle size, the service you want, and anything you write in a message.
• Conversations with Misty, so we can follow up and improve her answers.
• Basic technical data, such as a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used to stop spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule service and provide it.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam, including Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is using our forms.
• To improve our services and Misty's answers.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers we use to run the business (for example our hosting, email and AI providers), and the detailer assigned to your job when you book.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we'll use your number only as described in our SMS terms. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site, such as one that keeps your chat with Misty connected. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep request and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Email hello@hoseandhustle.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us.
